Sylvester David McQueen is the quintessential Harlem native. Born in Harlem Hospital and raised in this community has been his impetus in creating change. Receiving his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University has formalized his business endeavors as well as provided him the skills and talent to work diligently in his community. Watching the magnificent real estate development in Harlem and his knowledge of the planning and zoning laws involved in real estate has made David excited to be a part of this evolving change in Harlem, New York.
Having extensive experience as a Harlem event planner has given David the opportunity to recognize both commercial and residential real estate opportunities. Additionally, he also has extensive experience in contract negotiation and mediation.
