Gary is a native New Yorker who was born and raised in New York City. He’s lived in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and now the borough of the Bronx. He’s very familiar with the real estate landscape in the five boroughs and is closely acquainted with the various neighborhoods that make up our great City, the property values, transportation network and safety that make properties desirable. Gary has attended and participated in his local Community District 11, and is familiar with zoning and planning.
Gary has also been a professional photographer and graphic designer in the Commercial Construction field for over 20 years. During this time, Gary became interested in commercial real estate and learned how to read architectural blueprints and photograph interiors. He has helped sales teams introduce new tenants to existing spaces and to explain and translate architectural updates and revisions necessary to customize the space to new tenants.
An avid family man, Gary has raised his nephew and became interested in fostering at risk youth. He has taken many young people under his tutelage; introducing them to books, learning, and the value of an education in general.
